What is your delivery fee? And why am I paying delivery?

We charge delivery fees based on location.

For Gauteng, delivery fees are levied at a flat rate of R69.00 for door to door, while for all other provinces, delivery courier fees are levied at a flat rate of R99.00 for door to door.

We also offer FREE delivery for orders above R500

Other merchants may offer free delivery, but they just add the delivery price to each product they sell, resulting in you, the buyer, spending significantly more for delivery than you will with us.

Are my credit card details safe?

Yes, your credit card information is processed through a secure terminal and is never saved.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.


If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 encryption.

Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

How long does delivery take?

The delivery period varies depending on location:

  • Gauteng takes 2 to 3 working days,
  • Major Cities/Towns take 3 to 5 working days, and
  • Remote Areas take 5 to 7 working days.

If this is an urgent request, we have an overnight courier service available at an extra charge, kindly enquiry in store for a quote.

We’re making use of reputable courier companies:

Fastway, The Courier Guy, Internet Express, Dawn Wing (DPD Lazer) and Aramex.

Only when your order has been dispatched (left our warehouse) will you receive tracking information that includes both a tracking number and the courier details that will deliver your parcel.

How do I change my delivery address?

You must notify our support team prior to the order being delivered; if the product has been dispatched, your delivery may be delayed.

What should I do if there are delays with my delivery?

If there are delays with your delivery, you can email your query to dzire7127@gmail.com or the respective courier company providing them with the relevant tracking number.
